Bigbelly has attracted a highly experienced team to lead the company in its global mission to transform the waste and recycling collection industry.

 

Jack Kutner — Chief Executive Officer

Jack Kutner is the CEO of Bigbelly.  Previously, he was the President and CEO of the Investor Services Group (ISG) of First Data Corporation.  In Jack’s 4 years with ISG at the CEO and COO levels, he led the $380M revenue, 3,800 employee company to an average compound annual growth rate of 18.5% and was instrumental in the successful sale of ISG to PNC for $1.1 billion.  Prior to ISG, Jack held VP level roles with American Express and Merrill Lynch.  Jack received his BSBA degree, summa cum laude, from SUNY Albany.

 

Steven Delaney — Chief Financial Officer

An early employee of the company, Steve has served as CFO since 2004 and has been a key player in the company’s success.  Previously, he was the VP of Finance and Administration with Acusphere, a publicly traded biotech company. Earlier, Steve directed the Asia Pacific financial and business consulting operations out of Hong Kong for Business International, the research & consulting arm of the Economist Group.  He has also worked in equity financing with a corporate venture capital firm.  Steve received his MBA from Dartmouth College (Tuck), where he founded the Environmental Management club. He received his BS from Boston University with an economics/finance concentration.

 

Brian Phillips — Executive Vice President, Strategic Planning & Marketing

Brian brings to Bigbelly deep management experience from a variety of technology companies from start-ups to Fortune 500s.  Prior to Bigbelly, Brian was a senior sales and marketing executive at Advance Electron Beams, Cognex and Texas Instruments.  Brian holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.

 

Joseph Murphy — Senior Vice President, Sales and Account Management

Joe has 30 plus years in building young and emerging companies that have resulted in IPO’s (Gupta, Genesys Telecommunications, GeoTel Communications and SpeechWorks).  Joe graduated from Boston College with a Concentration in Marketing.

 

Claude LeBlond -- Vice President, International Business Development

A Senior Executive with 30 plus years of international and multi-cultural experience in sales, marketing and distribution strategies. Broad experience adapting North American business models to International markets. Claude worked at Segway, Inc. where he expanded footprint from 5 markets to 54, and was GM at Bauer Nike Europe.

 

Mike Feldman — Vice President, Engineering

Mike joined Bigbelly in 2010 as its Vice President of Engineering, guiding the technical team and creating innovative hardware and software solutions. His prior experience includes Senior Executive and General Manager at Ciena Corporation and various development management positions in the software and networking industries including stints at Wavesmith Networks, Zhone Technologies and Ascend.  Mike has a BSCS in Computer Science, Applied Science & Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

 

Rob Tozier — Vice President, Customer Support

As VP of Customer Support Rob is responsible for the customer experience, product support, and field service operations, and ultimately ensuring BigBelly customers worldwide receive high touch support.  Rob joined BigBelly Solar in 2013 as a key leader providing strategy and thought leadership, and brings a deep expertise in building global field service organizations,  a cross-cultural sensitivity and strong awareness of global business issues.  Prior to BigBelly Rob served in senior management level positions with OnForce, T3 Motion, Lydall and Segway.  Rob has a BA degree from Gordon College.

 

Leila Dillon — Vice President, Global Marketing

Leila is responsible for driving Bigbelly’s global Marketing initiatives, with a priority focus on leveraging top line marketing automation coupled with aggressive marketing communications.  In addition, Leila is managing the Inside Sales initiatives, working closely with this sales team to push the Bigbelly brand across the globe.  Leila boasts more than twenty years of experience in technology start-ups focusing on marketing, business development, product strategy, corporate communications and investor relations. She has successfully directed leading edge product launches, acquired strategic relationships in industry publications and online media channels, launched award-winning websites, and has been asked to prepare workshops, seminars and panels for some of the most reputable industry conferences.  Before joining Bigbelly, Leila managed the marketing, content and business development initiatives at various technology, mobile and media companies including OpenMobile, Bandwiz, ServiceSoft, SoftLock, Liquid Advertising, and Sageful.  Most recently, she has focused her efforts on launching, navigating and driving software companies to success.  Leila received degrees in English and Business from the University of New Hampshire.
